01Really no calls?
The scoping form replaces the meeting. For a Pack, a twenty-minute call can be discussed if the scope needs it; it is never mandatory.
02Which tools do you use?
Yours. To connect an AI: Claude or ChatGPT, wired through connectors (MCP) to Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Drive, Notion, your CRM. For flows that run on their own: n8n, Make or code, deployed on your side. Subscriptions stay in your name.
03Can you connect my ChatGPT or Claude to my mail?
Yes, that is offer B. We install the connectors on your account, define what the AI may read, prepare or send, and what it must ask you before doing. You end up with an assistant that knows your tools, and the documentation to evolve it.
04Who hosts the automation?
You do. It runs on your accounts and subscriptions. We have no access left after the monitoring period.
05What if it breaks?
For 30 days we fix it. After that, maintenance at $160 a month covers monitoring, fixes and one evolution.

72 business hours from approved scope and received access, if the scope fits a Sprint. Otherwise we tell you before we start.
07How do we pay?
Transfer or card: 50% on order, 50% on accepted delivery. On Upwork, the platform rules apply.
08What about my data?
You stay the data controller; we are a processor during the engagement. Flows are built so data never leaves your tools.
